UX & UI Design
- Unity/Blender/Character Creatror(향후 Unreal 메타휴먼) 기반의 가상면접관(Meta-Avatar) 비주얼을 완성도 높게 구현하는 프로젝트에 참여해요.
- 단순히 실사(Hyper-Realistic)와 유사한 비주얼 구현에 집착하지 않고, 낮은 사양의 하드웨어에서도 구현할 수 있는 캐릭터 디자인의 불쾌한 골짜기를 최소화하고, 호감도 높은 캐릭터를 구현/확장하기 위한 방법을 팀원과 함께 고민하는 역할을 수행해요.
- 모의면접 서비스에 등장하는 가상면접관 뿐만 아니라, 버추얼 아이돌부터 키오스크 내 가상 점원에 이르는 다양한 AI 컴패니언을 시각적으로 구현하고, 성격을 설정하며, 사용자가 마치 실제로 살아있는 인격체처럼 느낄 수 있도록 자연스러움을 부여하는 역할을 경험해볼 수 있는 둘도 없이 좋은 기회에요.

- 비바의 모든 AI 관련 이슈를 책임지고, 가상의 페르소나와의 자연스러운 대화를 구현하기 위한 모든 프로젝트에 참여해요.
- RAG 활용을 통한 DB 연계 및 강화학습 Pipe Line 구축을 진행하고, 나아가 면접자(사용자)가 발화한 내용에 대해서 면접관(페르소나)의 답변까지 걸리는 모델 로딩 및 지연시간을 최소화(약 1~2초 이내)하고 최적화하는 작업에 기여할 수 있어요.
- Eleven Labs(Voice Cloning), 타입캐스트(마이 보이스 메이커)와 같은 STT/TTS 서비스의 API를 연동하여, 보다 자연스러운 한국어 대화 모델을 구현하는 일을 주도하는 경험을 통해서 성장할 수 있는 흔치 않은 기회에요.

- 비바의 성공적인 사업화를 위한 프로젝트를 주도적으로 제안하며, 가상의 페르소나가 필요한 모든 산업군에 대한 시장조사 및 사례 분석을 통해서 실제로 영업활동을 위한 온/오프라인 현장 미팅에 참여해요.(대학 일자리센터/대기업 또는 스타트업의 HRM 부서/채용플랫폼 PoC 등)
- 비바의 1차 타겟인 취업준비생, 경력이직자를 대상으로 한 채용박람회에 부스를 마련하여 참가하고, VOC(사용자 피드백)를 수집하여 제품 개선 활동에 반영하는 작업에 기여할 수 있어요.
- 비바의 수익화를 도모하기 위한 사업모델(B2C/B2B/B2G) 전략을 팀원과 함께 구상 및 발굴하고, 사업계획서 및 IR 자료 작성 완료 후에 콜드메일 송부, 그리고 고객사/파트너사 미팅에 이르는 창업사업화의 전 과정에 참여하여 XR/AI 플랫폼의 확장 가능성을 함께 만들어볼 수 있는 아주 멋진 기회에요.
